The Waratahs Rugby Club is a family-oriented Club, formed on 2 March 1959. Its membership is characterised by a strong sense of tradition and camaraderie, a desire to play competitive rugby and a desire to provide members with the opportunity to forge life-long friendships and enjoy a great social life. The Club has a strong Old Boy’s Association.
The Club enjoys the support of many local businesses, including well over 40 years association with Romano’s Hotel. Our sponsors are advertised on this site.
The Club fields teams in Womens, 2nd Grade and 1st Grade teams and a Netball team. Several players have represented the Southern Inland Rugby Zone and beyond.
