Did you know it’s been ten whole years since Waratahs Women first hit the field? It all started with a spark in 2013 when the local women’s comp was revived as a 7s format—fast, fierce, and full of promise. By 2015, the Waratahs officially joined the comp, and the rest is history (well, history in the making!). Women’s Finals Series 2024

The Waratahs Women’s rugby season unfortunately came to an abrupt end on Saturday during the Preliminary Final at Tumut. In a very physical contest which had multiple lead changes, the Tumut Bullettes came out victorious 24-19. Well done to the Tahs girls who fought right to the last whistle with a long range chance to square the score up. Good luck to the Tumut Bullettes in the Grand Final next week against the Griffith Blacks. Great to see some fantastic sportsmanship after the Preliminary Final loss from our Tahs girls shown in this photo!!
